Every additional 30 minutes of dematting is charged an extra 50 HRK. For the grooming of dogs that are aggressive and need a special, more careful approach, an extra 70 HRK is charged. In order to be able to pay equal attention to all pets, a delay in picking up dogs that is longer than 30 minutes is charged an extra 50 HRK.
